Renovations by Spichael was inspired by numerous negative home improvement situations I have experienced over the years. I found that finding good help and being satisfied with the completed work almost never happened, which left me feeling frustrated and cheated. Way too many of my friends have faced similar obstacles while searching for a reliable, fair and trustworthy home renovations or handyman company in Georgia. My talents, combined with my desire for perfection along with feedback from my friends, I have created a Renovations and Handyman company in Atlanta based on the highest standards and complete customer satisfaction. There are several criteria that are part of every project we conduct that I feel sets us apart from the rest: * Free in home estimates.
* Proposals broken down with specific prices so there are no hidden costs. * There are two ways to contact us, which are either by phone or email. I guarantee a response within 24 hours. Even when a job is long complete, is a customer needs to contact us or needs us to come back and address something, we are still available and promise to respond in a timely manner. * We always let our customers know what time we intend on starting and completing our day. We show up on time and leave at the scheduled hour as to allow our customers to schedule themselves around our work day and to know when we will be present in their home or office. * If we discover any additional costs along the way, we discuss it with our customers and always keep them updated on the current status of a project. * We will always leave our work space clean and tidy before we leave each day so the area is livable (if necessary) when we are not there. * We do require a deposit on the majority of jobs; however, it is not due until the first day the work is to be started. We do not require full payment until the completion of a project and, most importantly, upon the customers complete satisfaction unless otherwise agreed upon. * We guarantee to always uphold the highest standards and conduct every piece of work with quality and consistency. If the customer is not happy, we will work until it is right.

Please review some of our work and renovation related information.  | One of the benefiits of using my company is that we are a one stop shop! Normally, one would need to contact electricians, plumbers, drywall specialists, etc. to rework even just one room. Much of that work we conduct ourselves, however, if the job requires more complicated specialized trade, we do all of the leg work and negotiating for you. I have a lot of great relationships and always receive several bids. I then share them with my customers and we go from there. It is incredibly convenient and so much time is saved for my customers! |
