Laundry Room renovation:
*The existing laundry room in this home was the original 1920’s room. It was in bad shape and in much need of a makeover. This house also only had one bathroom, so we added a half bath. Overall, the room went from a small laundry room to a Breakfast area, laundry room and half bath. It looked amazing!
*Tore down existing laundry room.
*Built new room, framed entire new structure, built interior walls, drywall, tile, and installed windows and doors throughout
*Installed all new bathroom fixtures and appliances in Laundry Room
*Installed pocket doors and French Doors to keep the feel of the history of the home (we used old doors from other locations in the home.)
*All new paint, crown molding, shoe molding, light fixtures and ceiling fans.
